Yardcore @ Cross Club in Prague on 28th November
We’re taking with us a crew of extraordinary talent from the UK including:
Zan Lyons (Moshi Moshi, Foundry Recordings)
Cannes nominated film maker and producer Zan Lyons performs intense bass-heavy live sets incorporating live violin with twisted beats and incredible live visuals – always worth checking out!

Live at London Astoria:

Live at ‘Drop Beats Not Bombs’:
Monster X (Bedroom Research, Peace Off)
Monster X smacked it at Glade festival this summer – he always gives everything he’s got to his live sets and this year was no exception! Expect wonky techno, acid and gargantuan beats and a show that starts out lively and ends up insane.

Live at Bang Face:
Live at Glade festival 2009:
Stormfield (Combat Recordings)
Stalwart of the electronic scene in London, favouring twisted 2-step, mutant dancefloor and techy dark bass-driven beatscapes – expect pulverising, intricate tunes expertly woven together. Stormfield is the head of Combat Recordings and host of the monthly Riddim & Bruise radio show on Sub FM which fuses electronica with the bassbin sensibilities of dub soundsystems and the ferocity of old skool d’n'b – check out the archives here.

‘Badman Near Dark’ (King Cannibal Remix):
Live in Riga, Latvia:
Sub FM special feat. Subeena, Kanji Kinetic, Stormfield, Mash for Cash
Thursday, May 28th, 2009No Yardcore Sessions show this week, sorry to say that technical problems prevented a decent broadcast from happening and the recording’s a mess…
Normal service returns June 9th with a massive show featuring the return from academic exile of the mighty Rrritalin, hoooo!!
Maybe this will make up for the missing show – last night I played on a one-off Sub FM show with Subeena, Kanji Kinetic and Stormfield – they all smacked it with killer 30 minute mixes, well worth checking out!

Thanks to Subeena for sorting out the show and inviting me to play, was loads of fun!
Next Yardcore Sessions: Tuesday 14th April – 22.00>00.00 (UK time).
Monday, April 13th, 2009Our next show is tomorrow (Tuesday 14th) between 10pm and midnight, UK time. Tune in this week for our fourth show, featuring the very best in dubstep, garage, dnb, hiphop and oldskool hardcore from the Yardcore crew, plus a mix recorded by our friend Ben Bracket, who will be sadly missed.
Thanks and respect to everyone who’s been locked in the past few weeks!
